- Some Troubleshooting steps-Please ensure that you have the latest version of Huawei Health Make sure that your watch/band is updated to the latest version. Take around 20 steps and then check if the step count is displayed. The wearable will display the steps after you have walked for a little while. Restore your wearable device to its factory settings. Pair it with your phone again and check if the issue is resolved.
- Make sure you wear the device correctly, with the screen facing upwards and slightly away from the wrist bone. Fasten your watch/band securely on your wrist, with the strap on tight, to prevent the device from sliding up or down and thus improving the heart rate measurement. When you measure your heart rate, avoid moving or shaking your wrist, so that your device gets more stable and accurate readings. Also, we recommend enabling the Real-time option for Continuous heart rate monitoring. To do this, open the Huawei Health app and go to Devices. Select your wearable and go to Health monitoring. Enable Continuous heart rate monitoring and choose Real-time
